Clemson and Coastal Carolina Set for Two-Game Fall Exhibition Series at Pelicans Ballpark

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – Peak Events, LLC, and the Myrtle Beach Pelicans are proud to announce a two-game college baseball fall exhibition series between Clemson and Coastal Carolina at Pelicans Ballpark in Myrtle Beach on Oct. 10–11, 2026.
The weekend schedule includes:
Saturday, Oct. 10 at 4 p.m. ET: Clemson vs. Coastal Carolina
Sunday, Oct. 11 at 1 p.m. ET: Coastal Carolina vs. Clemson
“We are excited to bring two days of college baseball to Pelicans Ballpark this fall,” said Ryan Holloway, founder and CEO of Peak Events. “Clemson and Coastal Carolina are two outstanding programs with passionate fan bases throughout the region. This will be a great opportunity for fans to see them compete in a unique setting while getting an early look at both teams ahead of the spring season.”

The Myrtle Beach Fall Showdown will give baseball fans throughout the Carolinas an opportunity to watch two premier programs compete at Pelicans Ballpark, home of the Myrtle Beach Pelicans.

The Myrtle Beach Pelicans are the Single-A affiliate of the Chicago Cubs and play their home games at Pelicans Ballpark in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Pelicans Ballpark has been ranked as the top Minor League stadium experience in Single-A for seven consecutive years, most recently in 2025, and was previously ranked among the top eight in all of Minor League Baseball by Stadium Journey.
On the field, the team has won four Mills Cup Championships, including back-to-back titles in 1999 and 2000 and again in 2015 and 2016. The Pelicans have made 14 postseason appearances, most recently in 2025 after claiming the South Division Second Half Championship.
